On the initiative of the equal opportunities officer, Martina Grewe, the exhibition “Fearless Women” was opened on July 26, 2024 on the park grounds of the LWL Clinic in Marsberg. Around 50 guests came to the site for the occasion and celebrated the 12 portraits exhibited there together with the artist, Oliver Schäfer.

After a few words of welcome, the artist led the guests through the exhibition and answered any questions that arose.

With the exhibition “Fearless Women” on the clinic grounds, the organizers from Marsberg and the artist Oliver Schäfer want to counteract the stigmatization of mentally ill people. The grounds will be open to the public and you will have the opportunity to find out about the wide range of services offered by the LWL Clinic and the activities there. In the clinic’s café you will also have the opportunity to linger and exchange ideas with other people.
